For your kind information- In past days we have been operating the expedition through North Mera Peak (6,476m/21,240 ft, Central Mera Peak (6,461m/ 21,190 ft ) & South Mera Peak (6064m/ 19890 ft) but due to arise of avalanches in North Mera Peak, we recently operate our expedition through Central Mera Peak (6,461 meters) & South Mera Peak (6064 meters ). If incase anybody have the curiosity for expedition through North Mera Peak as well who are prepared to compensate their physical consequence by themselves, then we are here to operate.

 I would like to inform you all, please don’t judge the below itinerary as enforced, your tailored preference would highly esteemed.

Itinerary- Mera Peak climbing
  • Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
  • Day 02: Climbing preparation and Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
  • Day 03: Fly to Lukla and start trek to Chutanga 3100m.
  • Day 04: Acclimatisation day at Chutanga 3100m.
  • Day 05: Cross Zatra La pass and trek to Tuli Kharka 4400m.
  • Day 06: Tuli Kharka to Tashing Ongma 3600m.
  • Day 07: Trek to Tangnag 4350m.
  • Day 08: Acclimatization Day at Tangnag 4350m.
  • Day 09: Tangnag to Khare 5100m.
  • Day 10: Acclimatisation Day at Khare 5100m.
  • Day 11: Khare to Mera La pass / base camp 5415m.
  • Day 12: Mera La to High Camp 5800m.
  • Day 13: Ascent of Mera Peak (6476m), return to Base Camp at Mera La 5415m.
  • Day 14: Rest or spare Day.
  • Day 15: Mera La to Tangnag 4350m.
  • Day 16: Tangnag to Tashing Ongma 3600m.
  • Day 17: Tashing Ongma to Tuli Kharka 4400m.
  • Day 18: Tuli Kharka to Lukla 2800m.
  • Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu.
  • Day 20: Shopping or free time in Kathmandu, farewell dinner.
  • Day 21: Fly back to home.

Full Service Cost Includes:

  • International/Domestic Airport pick up and drop off by our private vehicle
  • Kathmandu hotels on twin sharing room including breakfast
  • 3-meals per day prepared by our experienced cook.
  • Camping gear (two-person tents, foam mattress, kitchen tent, dining tent and toilet tent).
  • Supporting field staff including professional trekking guide, cook, kitchen boy, porters or pack animals as well as their necessary insurance, meals and allowances.
  • Domestic airfare (Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu) including airport tax.
  • Sagarmatha National Park entrance permit.
  • Peak permit charge and a climbing Sherpa

Full Service Cost excludes:

  • Nepal entry visa fees
  • Kathmandu hotel Lunch and Dinner (L ,D)
  • Personal equipment sleeping bag, Down jacket, waterproof jacket, kit bag etc. (you can rent them in Kathmandu at a cost of US$ 1 per item for day)
  • Equipment allowance (Legally each expedition must provide an equipment allowance for all Sherpa guides and porters. This allowance is necessary for brand new equipment (sleeping bag, shoes, crampons, down jacket, raincoat etc.). Because this expedition is not a high altitude expedition we will negotiate with the guides and porters to obtain an acceptable agreement for this allowance. Nevertheless the contribution of each participant will be around US$ 170.00
  • Travel / medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks (including cold drinks and mineral water), tips etc.
